We invited Brent to our Club to deliver customer service training for our all staff meeting and leadership development with the management team. Brent hit it out of the park!

All-staff meetings can be dreaded by staff, but Brent’s engaging presentation style, useful tools and impactful delivery had the employees leaving on a high. We received compliment after compliment on how they could use the information to transform themselves not only at work, but at home and in the community as well.

With the management team, Brent used self discovery and an interactive presentation to help draw the team closer together and left us with useful leadership tools that we can use to drive change and improve culture within our organization.
